Gene Fay has worked in technology and cybersecurity for 30 years and has been involved in four cybersecurity companies. He is currently the CEO of ThreatX, a company focused on helping companies protect their APIs and applications. Gene discusses the differences between working at a large company and a startup, where the risks are more known with a startup, but the opportunities to be nimble and innovate are much higher. He also discussed his mission to help others get started in the industry.
